Senisana is dedicated to promoting cross-cultural understanding and exposure to the arts across Malaysia. We know how vital the arts are for our county—even as many people take them for granted. Because when they disappear, we all lose. It’s not just about the loss of revenue from tickets bought, meals eaten, hotel rooms reserved. It’s about the loss of human beings at their very best, creating and critiquing and playing and practicing, all so that we can hope for a better, more tolerant, more joyful life.
An amazing ensemble of blues and blues insiped music performed by musician of all ages, races and nationalities. Some of the best blues musicians from Malaysia and the region will grace this stage.
Various artist will be painting on large canvases throughout the entire festival, a visual expression of the music they hear being played. Visual art uses colors, light, shadows, shapes, and more to invoke emotions.region will grace this stage.
As much as we love the arts, we believe that a large part of its preservation and re-education is linked to strengthening our communities. As such, a wide range of community development efforts will be taking place on the grounds alongside our non-profit partner organisations.
Through the creation and support of visual and performing arts events, Senisana continues to carry out its mission: To Inspire, Engage and Unite our community through arts education, collaboration and presentation.
